How To Get Rid Of Acne In A Few Short Days
Acne is a tough skin condition to deal with that can take lot’s of time to cure if you don’t know how to cure it properly. Many people try to use benzoyl peroxide and other chemical based skin care treatments to clear up their skin from home. I don’t recommend using benzoyl peroxide at all because this is a toxic chemical that has been linked to cancer in scientific studies with rats.
The first recommendation that I would make if you want to get rid of your acne quickly is to drink more water. Most people are dehydrated and don’t even know it. When you are dehdyrated your skin will easily dry out and it won’t by hydrated and moisturized like it usually is. You should be drinking 50% of your body weight in ounces of water each day just to be hdyrated, this is what your skin needs just to be healthy. You should be drinking more if you are exercising or live in a warm climate.
Staying hydrated is a very important step for keeping your skin moisturized and clear. You also should be eating fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Fruits and vegetables contain enzymes, minerals and vitamins that will help regulate the balance of your skin and hormones in your body. When your body has what it needs the skin is healthy and balances itself out the way that it should. Enzymes, minerals and vitamins all help the body operate the way it’s supposed to in order to keep the skin healthy.
The next recommendation that I would make to you is to use only all natural skin care products. All natural skin care products soothe the skin and heal it instead of attack and aggravate it like benzoyl peroxide does. This is important because your skin needs to heal and regenerate itself in order to be brought back into balance and to become clear again. When your skin has acne this means that it is out of balance and that hormones and bacteria can be out of balance causing the acne.
I recommend that you watch acne erasing secrets youtube videos or look acne erasing secrets up on facebook to get the secret acne cleanse free.
