Does Soda Cause Acne?
Soda has long been the culprit of many health problems in our world today. People don’t realize the effects that soda has on the health and on the body. In order to understand if soda causes acne on the skin we need to first understand what soda does in the body. What soda does in the body show’s up on our skin whether we like it or not that is why it’s important to stay healthy and make sure to get the vitamins and minerals that your body needs.
Both regular and diet soda dehydrate the body, this means that when you drink it you actually deplete your body of water meaning that you have to drink even more water during that time to make up for the depleted water. Secondly, you need to make sure that you drink enough water because water is something that naturally cleanses and cleans the skin internally and you cannot live long without it.
The other thing that diet soda does in your body is depleting it of minerals and oxygen. This means that your body will need more minerals from your diet to make up for this loss but to also work harder to get the same amount of oxygen that it used to without the soda. When your body is dehydrated and depleted of essential minerals and oxygen it puts a strain on your entire body and all of your internal organs including your skin because they need to work harder to get what they need whereas before this job was much easier. This strain and stress make’s your body work much harder to stay healthy and this doesn’t help your skin or other organs in your body either.
In my personal opinion soda does cause acne and it causes it to become worse, it causes health problems in the body and I recommend that you stay away from it. I also recommend that you drink more spring or purified water on a daily basis in order to clear up your skin and to cleanse your internal organs of the toxins that break out of your skin.
