We all know what agony a yeast infection can be. If you have one you are probably looking at a natural cure for yeast infection. Getting rid of a fungus naturally is always better and probably more permanent than over the counter medicine.

The basis of a natural Candida Albicans cure should always be your diet. Start by avoiding the foods that can make the fungus grow even more and you are halfway there already!

Start by avoiding all food that contains yeast except yogurt. Yogurt is a very good anti-fungus food. You need the “good” bacteria in the yogurt to fight the “bad” bacteria. So, if you want to keep your body in balance, yogurt is a very good place to start. Keep in mind that when your body is out of balance it is easier for an overgrowth to occur.
