Most individuals want to eat Healthy; the condition is that many have no idea how. Even more serious many of the people who believe they are consuming a Healthy-diet'>Healthy diet are in fact not.

The main reason for this is that many of the foods that are labeled as being low in fat or full of certain vitamin are not actually good for us. The issue is that our systems are not designed to manage refined food.

The issue with refined food is that our systems were not really made to consume them. They are the result of farming methods that are just a few thousand years of age, that is not almost sufficient time for us to have development to have transformed our nutritional necessities.

Farming may have created modern society possible but the fact remains we are by nature hunters and gathers and are therefore made to work best on foods that take place naturally.

Over the last few years low carbohydrate diet programs have become very popular, the reason is that our bodies were not designed to eat carbs. We cannot stay with no protein or fats but we have no requirement for carbohydrates. The reason for this is that our forebears had only limited access to them.

Low carb diets tend to revolve around consuming meats and vegetables, precisely the kind of things our forefathers would have been able to discover in nature in the days before farming.

The other problem with refined food is that in most cases the processing strips out much of the nutritional value that they give. Even worse there is usually other stuff like sugar or salt added to boost the taste or improve the life-span. The result is that processed foods not only do not provide us with all of the nourishment that we require but they may actually be destroying us.

Most people eat processed foods because they are so hassle-free. However in most cases naturally occurring meals such as meats and vegetables can be just like convenient. Healthy Breakfast Smoothies
